Estate of the Day: Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez Dropping Real Estate

Baseball player Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez has reportedly dropped a couple of real estate gems onto the market after the news broke about his divorce from wife Cynthia. The couple are rumored to be splitting up due to Madonna’s “close” involvement with A-Rod.
The Rodriguez’s have placed their four-bedroom Trump Park Avenue unit on the market for a cool $14 million. The apartment features a large family room and spacious, open kitchen.
A-Rod has also listed his Coral Gables, Florida estate on the market. The Mediterranean-style property was built in 1952 and thoroughly renovated with an amazing pool and six incredible bedrooms. Asking price or Coral Gables, $14.87 million.
Hrmmm, now we’re all wondering where Alex & Madonna are going to start looking for property….
