More aptly, this post should be called the Town of the Day, rather than the Estate of the Day, as Texan Bobby Cave has listed his 13 acre town on eBay. Well, if it’s anywhere, it’s going to be on eBay, right?
Bobby Cave is the rightful owner of Albert, Texas, a 13 acre town. Cave spent several hundreds of thousands of dollars to restore the old town which is located about 50 miles north of San Antonio.
Albert, Texas dates back to the late 1800s where the town used to have an actual post office, but is now more than unincorporated. The small town features a tavern, dance hall, tractor shed & three bedroom home.
Current auction price, $3 million.
