Estate Of the Day: $76 Million Del Mar Property

While some real estate markets across the U.S. are struggling, it doesn’t look like you can say that for the Del Mar area of California.
A property just listed for $76 million! Yep, $76 million. I bet you could have bought the Western state for that much moolah a few years back.
The property in question features more than 5 acres of land, a 10,000 square foot mansion as well as a spacious guest house. But I guess what everyone’s after is that amazing, stunning view.
