Well, I guess it really is about location, location, location.  Check out real estate agent Andrew Scott posing inside this ”apartment” located in the exclusive Knightsbridge neighborhood of London.  Doesn’t look very large, does it?  Your eyes do not deceive you, dear friend.  This so-called apartment is 77-square feet & was originally used as a storage closet! This location-location-location estate, if you will, has recently been put on the market for a slim (yeah, right!) price tag of $335,000.  So, if you do the math, that’s about $4,340 per square foot.  Woozers.  Maybe you can fit a bed in there….And to boot, this listing does not even come equipped with electricity.  It’s basically a prison cell if you think about it.  Anyone interested in going to a London prison for $335,000?Scott, who is handling the sale of this closet-sized space says the apartment may be “about the size of a ship’s galley, but it’s permanently anchored to one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in the world.”

That certainly is true.  The highly touted Knightsbridge neighborhood is a sought after area in London, if you can afford the prices.  And it looks like a few people can, as there have already been two offers on this tiny space.

What do you think- Could you manage in a space this small, without electricity, just to be in an exclusive neighborhood in London.  I’ll have to just leave that one for the birds, as they say.
