Donald Trump’s Rodeo Drive Estate For Sale

None other than pro-market-player Donald Trump is selling his Beverly Hills Colonial mansion on Rodeo Drive for a mere $12 million.
Trump purchased the 10,422 square foot home last summer and has put it back on the market to see if there are any luxury real estate takers.
The estate is located near the Beverly Hills Hotel and features 6 bedrooms, pool, tennis court and over a 31,000 square foot lot. Any takers?
