Childrens Talking & Singing Toothbrush

Well look no further than the Talking & Singing Toothbrush.  This toothbrush specifically designed for the kids plays a song or voice recording when they are brushing their teeth.  A built-in sensor activates a recording upon detection of brushing motions allowing your children to enjoy the fun of a singing toothbrush so they never put it down.

    I would like to know when this talking toothbrush was created? I have a patent pending on a talking toothbrush which i created in 2004. I believe this is an infringment upon my product and will be taking legal action, thankyou.
