Billy Joel Selling Off Oceanfront Sagaponack, New York Estates

While Billy Joel and his wife Katie Lee Joel are heading to celebrity divorce court, the two have listed a pair of oceanfront estates in Sagaponack, New York.

The Joels purchased the properties back in 2007 for $28,385,000, in cash, and they are seeking to divide the assets of the estates.  Both homes are located on Gibson Lane with stunning views, gourmet kitchens and formal dining areas.  If you’re interested in a 4-bedroom estate then you’ll be wanting the $22.5 million home, but if a 3-bedroom 1.2-acre property is more your taste, try on $12.5 million.
