Banksy Royal Family Spoof Painting Covered Up

banksy royal family spoofA tragedy has occured we are sad to report.  The mural spoof of the Royal Family by Banksy has been accidentally covered up.  Ouch.

Once the cover of a single by band Blur, the mural was partially covered by black paint on accident.  Located on the side of a building in east London, the Hackney Council said the painting was painted in error.  Serious error if you ask us.

Well, there goes another London tourist landmark.
