Alan Jackson’s Franklin, Tennessee Estate for Sale

Eagle’s Nest is no longer the most expensive property in Nashville’s suburb of Franklin, Tennessee. Country music star Alan Jackson has just listed his 19,000 square foot Franklin estate for a whopping $38 million.
The estate sits on 135 acres of Tennessee rolling hills and the main house features 6 bedrooms, spacious master bedroom, huge home theater, downstairs rec room with full bar and impressive gourmet kitchen.
The property also includes a 20-car garage, three ponds, boat house and separate gym. All this in Franklin, Tennessee. I’m sorry, where?

Franklin Tennessee is home to stars such as Dolly Parton, Martina McBride, and within it’s unreal green hills, sits some of the most lavish estates int he World. Media executives, Bank CEO’s, Recording magnates, and etc etc etc. Get on google Earth hon, and see for yourself. a former Tennessee resident.
